Responsibilities
a) All rights of use and management over this website belong to Just In Time.
b) Just In Time reserves the right to modify any conditions and information on the site and its extensions, including the terms of the agreement, without prior notice.
c) Just In Time agrees and commits that the user can benefit from the services provided by the website, except for technical failures.
d) The user agrees that they will not engage in reverse engineering of the site or attempt to obtain its source code. If such an action occurs, they will be responsible for any damages caused to third parties and legal action may be taken against them.
e) The user agrees not to create or share any content that violates general morality and decency, is illegal, infringes on the rights of third parties, is misleading, offensive, obscene, pornographic, infringes on personality rights, violates copyright, or promotes illegal activities. In case of violation, the user will be fully responsible for the damages, and the site administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account and initiate legal proceedings. The site administrators may also share information regarding user activities or accounts with judicial authorities when requested.
f) The relationships between Just In Time’s users and third parties are the sole responsibility of the users.
Registration Process and User Responsibilities
2.1. You are responsible for any data, text, photos, graphics, etc., entered on justintime.com.tr. Just In Time reserves the right to remove or limit access to your information as necessary.
2.2. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. If Just In Time identifies that the information is incorrect or incomplete, they may delete your registration. In case of registration on behalf of a represented institution, this agreement binds the represented institution/company.
Intellectual Property Rights
All titles, business names, trademarks, patents, logos, designs, and information on justintime.com.tr are the property of Just In Time. These contents cannot be reproduced, published, copied, or transferred without permission.
Confidential Information
Just In Time will not disclose users’ personal information to third parties. However, it may be used for marketing activities such as promotions, advertisements, campaigns, announcements, etc. If requested by official authorities in accordance with the legal procedure, it may be disclosed.
No Warranty
This agreement specifies that the services provided by Just In Time are offered “as is”; therefore, the user cannot claim any compensation from Just In Time.
Integrity and Enforceability of the Agreement
If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid.
Changes to the Agreement
Just In Time reserves the right to change the terms of service and the agreement at any time. The user is deemed to have accepted any changes.
Notifications
Notifications to the parties will be made via Just In Time’s known email address and the user’s email address provided in the membership form. It is the user’s responsibility to update any address changes.
Evidence Agreement
In the event of disputes arising from the contract, email communications, site messages, etc., will be accepted as evidence in accordance with Article 6100 of the Civil Procedure Code.
